Pet Policy

The Reserves of Melbourne is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets. There is a pet rent of $25/month for one pet or $35/month for two pets. Breed restrictions apply. View our Pet Policy.
